To prolong makeup's life, keep items stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Capping products tightly after use helps further extend the life of your makeup. Some products benefit from being manufactured with fresh plant extracts, making them more perishable than other brands. these products often have a ''use by'' date printed on the label.
